TÜV Informationstechnik GmbH (TÜViT), with registered office in Essen, is a company of TÜV NORD GROUP, which is one of the largest technical service providers with more than 10,000 employees and business activities in 70 countries worldwide. More than 50 percent of the DAX 30 companies and numerous international companies are among the customers of TÜViT.

TÜViT is one of the leading testing service providers for IT security. The Company focuses on subjects such as Industry 4.0, critical infrastructures, cyber security, data protection audits, and the evaluation of information security management systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001. In addition, TÜViT audits and certifies data centers with regard to their physical security and high availability. TÜViT acts as a completely independent service provider, since the Company is not obliged to any product providers, system integrators, shareholders, other stakeholders or government agencies. Neither development nor sales, nor implementation are included in the services of TÜViT.

Hanse Escrow was selected by Microsoft as one of the featured escrow companies for the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics Program.

The Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) program  identifies third-party solutions that have met Microsoft’s highest standards for Dynamics implementations. As CfMD is Microsoft’s highest level partner solution accreditation, Microsoft wants to provide further assurance to customers that they make a good choice when deciding to deploy a CfMD solution. This also enhances the value proposition of partners with CfMD solutions.

German Association of Law and Informatics

HanseEscrow has been a member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Recht und Informatik e.V. since 2007

The “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Recht und Informatik e.V.” (German Association of Law and Informatics, or DGRI for short) addresses issues in which informatics and computer technology overlap on the one hand and law and business overlap on the other hand.

The objective of DGRI is to promote the interaction between academia, research and practical application in the following areas:

• legal issues relating to the processing of information,
• the use of information technology within the legal system, and
• creation of the legal context regarding information technology.

Hanse Escrow is on the Expert Committee on Software Protection. This committee helps to optimally achieve the security goals of software manufacturers, sellers and users.

Organisation pro Software Escrow e.V.

HanseEscrow is a Founding Member of “Organisation pro Software Escrow e.V.”

The purpose of this association is the promotion of software escrow and the interests of licensees and licensors of software escrow as well as service and consultancy businesses around the topic of source code escrow.

The main goals are:

• to systematically educate others on how to protect investments in software and information technology, in the interest of a smoothly running economy

• to represent the members’ interests and increase public awareness of escrow by holding talks, doing public relations work and cooperating on marketing

• to develop standards and thereby guarantee consistently high-quality escrow services are provided by member companies

• to ensure suitable legal conditions and involvement in creating binding legal security
